A. Aspirancy Year 1 – August 2023 through May 2024
-Applications accepted January through May 2023
-The same application is also used to apply for the Lay Formation Institute (LFI)
-July 2023: Diaconate Formation orientation meeting at the Diocese
-August 2023: Classes begin through LFI
B. Aspirancy Year 2 – August 2024 through May 2025
-Classes continue through LFI
-Aspirant Couples meet monthly in small groups led by two Deacon couples
C. Diaconate Formation Year 1
-September 2025 through May 2026
D. Diaconate Formation Year 2
-September 2026 through May 2027
E. Diaconate Formation Year 3
-September 2027 through May 2028
F. Diaconate Formation Year 3 ½
-June 2028 through September 2028
G. Diaconate Ordination
