Red Mass

A Red Mass is celebrated annually in the Catholic Church for judges, attorneys, law school professors, students and government officials. The Mass requests guidance from the Holy Spirit for all who seek justice.

This year’s Red Mass will be presided over by Bishop Brennan on Friday, October 17, 2025 at St. John’s Cathedral, Fresno. The Mass will begin promptly at 12:15 p.m. and end no later than 12:45 p.m.
